I still support the guys in charge, not trying to crap on them...but they’re worthy of the same criticism we lay on Luke, and the players.

They are worthy of way more blame than anyone IMO.

I have to agree with a previous poster stated. Just build a roster, all this going all in for star player is kind of getting on my nerves. It seems like it is a broken record every off season. Cap space of dreaming of a SUPER Star player to sign and compete XYZ and teams. I am on the side of just building a team that can compete day in and day out.

I am not losing faith in the FO but I am tired of the side show that the media eats up. I miss the quiet Mitch and West days and keeping everything in house and hushed.. THEN BOOM PAU is a Laker kind of deal.

I did not like the Zubac trade, he was the Lakers best in the paint post player who was giving great numbers and defended the rim well. The Lakers sold way too low in this trade imo.

Jury is out on Mike M and Reggie Bullock for me at this time. First game, Bullock lost his jumper and Mike scored a point a minute i think in their Lakers debut.

Yes it going backwards but I wish Jerry West came back to the Lakers versus going to the Clippers. His track record is nice. Everywhere he has helped out... Those teams became competitors. From the Lakers, Memphis, GS and I am sure he will work his magic with Clippers too.

The Celtics have blown 3 leads of greater than 15 points in 3 games in a row, now you can insert your part about Ingram being better than Tatum

you are right sir. may i add that the celtics are in a bit of small skid. this lakers team just needs to keep playing consistently and it has been hard, with line up changes, injuries and now new players.

Just to make it clear to anyone who thinks there was some advantage in the Zu Beas trade at all

Eric Pincus Retweeted LeCracked James

The Lakers could have waived Beasley and kept Zubac, signed Melo, kept Zubac . . . there's no real salary cap reason for the move, current situation or future leaning.

Chalk it up to yet another bad move under magic and Pelinka.

Celtics win is looking more and more like a fluke. They lost to the clips in the same way and thats with no Tobias now. Celtics are not a good barometer right now. Philly was and showed where the lakers really are at.

Lost in all of this. Zu isn’t good and very clearly was not part of the Lakers future plans so why does it even matter a little?

Now that the trade deadline has past people need something to talk about

This was a low risk deal that potentially could have improved our offense. Even if it doesnt work out, we didn't lose anything.

Bros let the new guy get in a rhythm...I think he will be a very serviceable guy for us down the stretch. Lakers did their scouting.zu has talent but he isn't Anthony Davis talent and if we really wanted we could replace him prob within two years with a young c with upside

Depends. Beas and Zu were solid, but Muscala adds another dimension to the team as a stretchy 4/5 who can defend some.

He does? I see virtually no difference in him and Mo and its not like he was doing anything defensively.

Mike Muscala suffered a right ankle sprain vs. 76ers and is questionable tonight in Atlanta. Tyson Chandler is questionable with sprained right big toe.

You guys are about to get your wish, if Mo doesn't get playing time now, he never will.

The Lakers apparently got rid of Zubac in part because Javale was upset with his playing time.

Lol.

If that is true, and it isn’t, they are a bad front office even with Zu being total irrelevant
