Andrew Lopez

Alvin Gentry says there will be a statement later on issued by the team. Says he spoke to AD this morning and says Davis told him he plans on playing out this season.

Now this is just saying he won't sit out like Kawhi was going to do which I think we all expected. I still feel that NO just outright says they will not trade him ever. Seems like every team keeps doing this even if it kills them in the end.

I don't think there's even the smallest chance Durant comes to the Lakers, Thompson has to be the primary target.

Someone on twitter said the raptors have a good deal to offer.

Jonas, OG, Powell, Siakam for AD.

Thats not bad for them.  <_<

I prefer Klay coming to LA than Durant since he's quiet, takes very few dribble to score, 3 point threat and much more everyone knows.

Not sure if there is even an option for a 3rd max

I would think the Grizzlies jump in on a three team deal to grab Lonzo and move Gasol and/or Conley.

Supposedly it's Zubac, Ball and Kuzma plus the Lakers number one next year. As much as I'd love to dump Ingram instead of Ball or Kuzma, I get it from the Pelicans' point of view.

I'm in, pull the trigger a.s.a.p..

If this is accurate, then let's get it done.  And a big thanks to Ryan West, for creating value from a late 1st round pick (Kuzma) and a 2nd rounder (Zubac) that helped us land a generational talent.

Woj is on SAS show. He said that watch for a playoff team who wants to trade for AD just to see if they can get to the finals and are willing to take on AD as a rental and then trade AD next season to Boston or the Lakers to get those assets back

Not sure if money would work. Conley is being paid 30+ mill.

I'm not sure who though. Who has assets that won't gut their team thats better than Kuz, Ingram, Hart, Zu, and picks. I'm sure other teams could get a better package but to run for a finals run as well, I just don't see it. The only real competition I see is Boston and they aren't in the mix till the offseason. My guess is if lakers don't get it done in next 10 days AD is a celtic.

Lonzo should be off the table, but everyone else can go.

BI, Kuz, Zu, KCP and picks. Probably need a third team.

Yeah..this is how I'm feeling also.  Trade Ingram/Kuzma/KCP/Zu + picks for AD.  Keep Lonzo and let's keep it moving.

If they move Lonzo, I'd bet dollars to doughnuts they have Kyrie to LA sewed up this summer.

And we already know Rondo and AD have crazy chemistry so it would hurt just a little bit less to lose Lonzo.

I wonder who he has in mind?  Only team close would be HOU, OKC or the Spurs...all 3 would have to give up a lot to get AD...maybe MINN throws KAT out there as a centerpiece?

Still have cap space for another free agent in the summer and you can round the roster out from there.

If Kobe and Pau plus others can get it done, certainly LeBron, Davis, Ingram, Hart, another free agent and others can get it done as well.

OKC is in cap hell.  HOU not far behind (thanks to CP3 contract).  Spurs could be a dark horse.  AD is just their type of player.

I was wondering the same thing. Who? He was sure of himself when he said that. Watch out and dont be surprise. If that does happen, he is a Celtic to me.

If we land AD while giving up Lonzo and keeping Ingram, we're getting Kyrie this summer, not KD, Kawhi or Klay.  You can bet your whole life on that.
