Or Bradley Beal and Clarkson were basically doing the same thing. Good times

I would not hate it, but you would have to get another guard to back him up of course and I think Collinson would cost more

No to Teague and Lin. Teague has been injured for the last 2 seasons and just doesn’t look good. Lin sucks

I'm just going to wait and see who is truly interested contary to the talking heads saying no one wants to play with LeBron he passes more to facillitators than does a Harden and dominates the ball! I wouldn't be adverse to Kemba and Tobias very solid players and leaves cap room for other issues, re-sign JaValle waive KCP, Lance nice but no thanks see yas!

I think Tobias is getting maxed in Philly. Butler is leaving. McGee, KCP and Lance can all go to a far place away from here. Like I said previously, wouldn't be surprised if nobody came to play with a 34 year old LeBron.

Though Butler isn’t optimal, if we have
Zo
Butler
Ingram
Lebron
?
Kuzma
Hart
Caruso
Mo

I think the fill ins aren’t impossible. The big is the hardest part

What does adding Butler to a team that cant even make the playoffs accomplish?

We need to make at least 2 big moves. A huge trade and a big signing would be ideal.

If Zo, Ingram, and Kuzma are all getting 30+ minutes next season we will be right back here having the same conversation again.

Kid RN are you serious?

Kuzma Zo and Ingram all have a winning record when they play together with or without Lebron. The uneven results had nothing to do with the kids. Butler slides into a reliable second option and a very good defender and keeps KCP off the team. The kids have progressed quite a bit.

Lebron will continue to regress but he is still a legend for a reason.
Lance, Beasley, Muscala, Rondo, Chandler could be Travis Wear, Caruso, Johnathan Williams , and 2 FAs with actual skill that is more than “playoff experience “ “grit” and knowing what it takes to win.

Klay to this team would be optimal. Kd wouldn’t but it would work. Kemba AND Cousins could work with defenders like PJ tucker around and the kids. Kyrie would be fun. Only way a trade is good is if only 1 of 3 best kids is involved. Something like Kuz and Hart + pick plus Mo Wagner for a fringe Star. Let’s say Beal or Cj Mc Cullogh. Then you sign Cousins and credible FAs.

Without lebron 5-4.

With lebron 15-8.

And Zo and Ingram weren’t 100% during that run. Defense is so much better when Zo is in but with Zo and Ingram it’s even better.

Really? All I noticed is that they were complete garbage as soon as LeBron got injured in December. Pretty sure the young guys played the majority of those games together and they proved incapable of leading the team. They lost to several mediocre to bad teams in that stretch.

I hope the front office doesn't use Lonzo's injury as an excuse for this team. He's not making a difference when the team has looked as bad as they have even after LeBron returning.

I'm sure you and many will disagree.

It’s not. They all have a net positive plus minus for the season playing with LeBron and every vet has a net negative plus minus playing with LeBron this season. But it’s pretty reasonable to believe that if you have a net positive plus minus with a guy over a big sample size it’s a winning strategy and vice versa, but I don’t think we even need that info to know what the issues with this team are.
