Fine. Again, just a rumor. Might be complete BS. But I’ve heard a rumor that:

Pat Riley is pushing to go back to the Lakers and eventually bring Spo with him.

Again. Just a rumbling I’ve heard. #LakeShow #HeatCulture

Riley spends a ton of time in Malibu, and apparently James is on board with the idea.

We might as well rebrand to Los Angeles Heat

Spoe is a legit great coach, Riley is a hard no unless he is surrounded by a crazy analytics department.

I cannot see Magic giving any power to the Riley. To me, he is a control freak and relishes in being the one to get the Lakers back on top.

I agree winning isn't fun.... being relevant isnt fun either.

Lets go back to the old days of being completely irrelevant with cap room and young guys and losing at a 70 percent clip.  Hey, you can live that fantasy RIGHT NOW until LeBron comes back, cause they still have the cap room, the young guys, and lose every game, win win.

Would like Spo but not sure how this would work or what Spo's contract is currently. The whole Riley and Magic thing seems odd. I'd have to think Riley doesn't just want to be an adviser but I might be wrong.

LeBron left Riley...I'm pretty sure this isn't LeBron's fault.

But it doesn't matter.  You were going to find a way to blame LeBron.

That's not what he's referring to.  It's the idiotic talk and dumbfounded rumors that surrounds having Lebron.

Pat Riley has a small ownership in the Heat and pretty much built the franchise to what it is.  He isn't coming to LA in any capacity.  The fact that people are entertaining such a rumor is hilarious to me.

Anytime you have a player of the magnitude of MJ, Kobe, Bron... you're going to have deal with the stuff that comes with them both positive and negative.

The Riley and Spo thing is silly, not sure who's entertaining this...
