There is no situation where the Lakers get AD this season, doesn't matter what either teams record is, they might trade him next year if he demands a trade, this year is out of the question.

I don't think the Pelicans can get a better offer for AD from anybody but us.

Lonzo/Hart/Ingram for Davis

3 for 1

Maybe throw in some fillers and draft pick swaps to straighten out the edges. But for the most part yeah

If they ask for Kuz we ask for their 1st round pick (which is gonna be high) in return

But I suppose selling the farm wont be necessary if we can land KD without pulling the nuclear trigger

Let's just keep it on the table is what I'm saying

AD is one of the best players in the game and entering his prime. He is worth A LOT.

Today's game vs. the Suns Kuzma shot the ball very well, and this was another good example how a reliable scoring 2nd option will benefit the Lakers immensely.

Boston can beat whatever package we are offering if they include Tatum. But i dont think they will.

I think Giannis is the modern day Wilt. What would it take to get him on the Lakers...

Think he means @CuffsTheLegend, who is close (?) with Bron and was hinting all summer that it was LA. Not sure if he actually knows anything regarding this though.

Pelicans won’t trade AD til he turns down the supermax and they can’t offer that til this summer.

Lol he's probably never even watched Fultz beyond the blooper clips.  He's not exactly wrong in his assessment but it's funny he doesn't apply that same logic to Ingram.  If Ingram had an elite jumpshot he'd easily be an all star today.

Markelle Fultz is a jumpshot away from being an elite scorer? X young player is Y away from being an All-Star. No [expletive]. Talk about a ridiculous double standard, but I’m not touching this Fultz nonsense again.

Putting this right up there with Doncic is McDermott without the shooting, lol.

Well

Yes they won’t, unless they’ve had discussions behind closed doors with AD and he’s already indicated he won’t sign it

That’s just when they can officially offer it. Not saying this deal is even being discuss lol I have no idea

But I’ll say if I was the pelicans I would find out now because AD becomes a different trade piece all together if you trade him now. Teams always wait until the “last year” on the contract and get less because other teams are iffy about renting guys

Well how does that change if you have him for what is essentially a season and a half

But that’s assuming a lot of factors, the main one being that AD is indicating he won’t sign the extension. But also if you’re the pelicans it’s do or die. If he doesn’t sign that extension it’s not a question of if it’s a question of when because if he had any desire to stay it’d be with that extension, if he turns that down you know with 100% certainty that he’s bouncing
