Lebron's been washed up for some time now.

Preseason games are always the strongest indicator of how players will perform throughout the season.

We should deal him now while he still has value.

Let's not be so sarcastic. A 2nd star next year is the key. Not depending on a guy in his 16th season

A 2nd year star next year is key I agree, but the fact that you're judging a player of Lebron's stature whom just came off an MVP caliber season, solely based upon a handful of half-fast preseason games is a foolish take.

Yes father time is undefeated, and yes no one is on pace or has the mileage of Lebron, BUT...

- Lebron looked great last season

- Lebron takes care of his body like no other

- Lebron has never had any significant or prolonged health concern/injury throughout his career.

- Lebron is Lebron... probably the greatest physical specimen in basketball history.

I understand your concerns as a fan, but bottom-line is you're jumping the gun,

Partially basing your concern on the amount of vertical he got on a single dunk?  COMMON

Bron has lost a step. It's a matter of when he drops off. I think it's year 2. As of now, he just doesn't play defense. I will reserve my judgement for now until the first week.

Bron has lost a step.

Based on what?

He just had the most impressive playoff run for a single player that I've ever seen in my life.

Your dislike for Bron is absurd.

The guy averaged over 30 ppg 9 apg and 9 rpg while shooting over 50%. He carried his team to win 2 game 7's and make the finals while playing on a team that likely has the worst record in the nba without him.

I've never been a huge Bron fan but I tell the truth regardless of the player I'm talking about.

You can see a difference in how he plays. His lift and speed isn’t what it use to be, but it’s not some crazy drop off. I’ll hold on for the defense part for now.

those celtics and magic teams back in the late 00s were no joke. neither were the wiz, bulls, etc.

also, bron has played in more game 7s than any of those players you listed.

Lebron doesnt look any different from last year today.  BBIQ does not like Lebron, didn't really want him here and this is just him lowkey downplaying the man.  He's wants to be on that "I told you so" island if the Lakers don't win a ring with lebron.

I'm not saying that Bron is the best ever because I honestly don't think that he is, however, I feel confident in saying that there isn't a player in the history of the nba that you could swap out for Bron on that Cavs team last season and get a better result.

Bron showed that he still is in conversation for best in the league. His IQ is at 99.
He is aging but MJ was vicious mid 30s so I give Bron more bencit of the doubt. He is sitting at the alpha table now

an IQ of 99 isn't high...

is this what you consider a high IQ...?

it all makes sense now...

I think he was saying it was 99 like on 2k or something. That's how I took it.

Thanks.
I still think KD right there. AD bc of defense. Steph and Harden as individual scorers and offensive forces
