I think we can hold off on using thus spot until either forced to by injury or a viable vet becomes available, any talk of Swaggy it JCrawford Shoukf he dysmissedcas neither see good defenders and will take away time from our rookies!

Keep it open. Trevor Ariza will hit the market again after the Suns realize they still suck. He’d be a big addition before the playoffs.

So you believe the Suns may decide to buy him out and waive him?  I highly doubt it.

He’s only signed for 1 season...I think PHX pushes for more out of Jackson and Warren starting in Feb/March when they realize they’re not that good and player development matters more. He could be traded, but it would be difficult for a contender to match salaries and they’d likely be reluctant to give up much for simply a playoff run. I think he’s a prime candidate to hit the market again during buyout season.

I think he's a very good trade deadline option for any team in contention.  Odds are the Suns won't be getting to far.  However, I don't think his availability will affect what we do with our currently open roster spot.  I think we should use it and obtain another veteran piece.  I don't wanna take minutes away from the promising young guys but it wouldn't hurt to get another shooting presence.

There's really no need to fill it unless it's a development guy.  They already dont have enough minutes to go around as is.  That's a bit of a good problem to have if guys stay competitive and team first.

No cap space so flexibility in a trade is important.  Keep it open unless something crazy happens.

Our depth chart look something along these lines:

Lonzo / Rondo / Bonga

KCP / Hart / Svi

BI / Lance

Lebron / Kuz / Beas

McGee / ZU / Moe

I doubt Bonga will play at all, but could see both Svi and Moe get some time. But even without the three rooks it's going to be a bit of a puzzle to get everyone the amount of minutes they need/want.

I think the last roster spot is going to be open in case someone is bought out and i think - and hope - they will be opportunistic during the season.

Bonga is G League, keeping it open in case of injury or available vet if needed no rush as minutes are hard enough to go around as mentioned. I can't wait to see the first pre-season games gotta get back to hoops!!

Oh and definitely NO to Swaggy returning as we need two way players not halfs and poor halfs at that!

Fill it with Svi and if a deal comes about send him to the G-League.

Nick Young was a bad influence on and off the court. Great guy but it's time to move on from that.

After that cocaine comment and recent arrest I think his NBA career is over.

With the circulation of yes Andrew Bynum trying to make a comeback I’d at least give him a look since we’re not that thick at Center but there’s s lot of things that need to be dealt with first!
