Not trolling or anything

I'm trying to think positively. Since high school I have been a pretty negative person. I'm trying to change somethings in my personal life to get back to the person I used to be. My negativity has affected my personal life for far too long.

Come on Ingram. Suprise us and be a star. Improve that D and get that shot down.

Lakers lets do this [expletive]! I hope we beat the hell out of GS. The King has arrived and all is good!

Ball gonna average a triple double this year...bet on it!

Glad to hear you've turned the corner.  I find myself getting down every now and again so I listen when others complain about my demeanor.  Sometimes I don't realize how my mood comes across and sometimes it's just a misunderstanding.

People may mock your post but I think it's a sign of true maturity and civility.

"Brandon is anxious to showcase his shot... he got a little bit of a chip on his shoulder to show he is a shooter"

Just come in ready to play hard, please.  No more showcasing anything.

I agree. The young guys need to capitalize on this opportunity. One injury or bad series from GS and we could win it in all.

Lonzo will be best defensive starting pg in the nba this year...yep I said it!

Ingram just needs to play D, run the floor, and let Bron be Bron.

Brandon looks like he’s actually put some weight on. Nothing crazy, but he looks like he actually added some muscle

It’s not a lonzo transformation who looks like he just lifted the entire offseason and is suddenly the size of a small forward

But Ingram looks to have put on around 10lbs of lean muscle.

Maybe he’s actually on the 200s now

Ingram definitely put on some weight. He's much stronger than he looks -- he has that wiry strength in him.

There is nothing in that picture or any other that indicates Ingram has gain any noticeable bulk/muscle.

I really don’t care if he gained a ton of weight or muscle, I just want to see him use his talent to ball out. If he doesn’t, ship him out. Let someone else wait for him to develop if he ever does. No more excuses for tiny dog Kid has to consistently show up this year.

The time to get value for players on their rookie contracts ends more quickly than people think. I don't think players on expiring contracts are worth much, even if they're only going to be restricted like Ingram will be. Nobody would give up much for Julius Randle last trade deadline. So, I would absolutely entertain trading him at the trading deadline this season if there are any doubts about him. It won't be a viable option after this season, IMO.

I'm holding firm on the fact that I think he's overrated. I think he's a 3rd tier player. 3rd tier players are just very good players, which is below the levels of superstar and all-star. On their best years with the right circumstances, maybe they sneak into an all-star game or 2. Players on that level include Khris Middleton, Tobias Harris, and Harrison Barnes. I don't see him being any better than that. I just don't see the elite skills that will propel him to superstar or all-star level.

I hear you but Harden was killing it off the bench for OKC. Wasn’t he even getting 6th man votes? He also played much more aggressive than Ingram has show (to this point). We’ll see how he looks this season, if he’s still passive I bet he’s shipped. Can’t wait for something that might never come.

Yeah this thread is gonna look real foolish this year. Ingram is going to be an all Star, looks like a completely different player scoring in entirely new ways.

The most impressive ive seen on him so far after the first pre season game is him being effective even when he doesnt have the ball. there was a debate before of him only being effective when he has the ball but today he was moving and moving without the ball resulting in a good game. Hope it continues

Not sure what to think with Ingram. He was actually pretty impressive out there yesterday....but still looks quite raw and awkward at times. He still needs to work on that jumper and making shots from difficult launch points, but I like his aggression to the hoop and the strong finishes.

I think being around James and Rondo will do miracles for Ingram's game.
