I think we tend to overrate our players. I see people hype Ingram's athleticism as well and I don't think he's much more than average as far as SF's go.


Sometimes yes. But for example Ingram. He's 6-10 and runs like a guard. That's a good athlete. He also has a huge wingspan and has pretty solid quickness

I don't think you're taking size into account. Shaq was an all time athlete not because he was faster than Michael Jordan but because of how he moved despite being 7-1 320lbs

Shaq was a great athlete for his position. I compared Lonzo to PG's and Ingram to SF's. 

 

Ingram is a SF, I dont care how tall he is. When calling him above average, you are comparing him to SF's.
