Randle works at both the 4 and the 5 and when given the opportunity has seen one of our best lineups with the pairing of him and Lopez.

Don't have a lot of time to post, so I'll just post this to separate fact from fiction.

Long and short: Randle is our team's best defender, can play both the 4 and the 5 effectively, and our best statistical lineup as a 5 man unit was when Luke finally played him at the 4 next to Lopez with the rest of the starters, for all the obvious reasons that were said when we signed Lopez.  That however is the lineup Luke plays the least.

Decisions like that are why Luke is essentially being outed and perceived, for his terrible X's and O's.

I had a conversation w/an NBA scout about this last night, actually. They're using Lonzo in way too many high ball screens, and he was never that type of player at UCLA. They can absolutely be getting him easier looks. He's also in his head right now, big time.

But that's a discussion for another day and more time.

Carry on however, and Happy Thanksgiving to everyone.

Randle is probably our best defender but that's not saying much. He got eaten alive by Embiid, Zach Randolph, and WCS.
