  1. Chris Paul and James Harden were determined to play together, and found a way with Rockets-Clippers trade agreed upon today.

I read this and said wow... Clippers got scraps, CP3 still gets his money in Houston..... and now maybe the Clippers sign and trade Blake to Boston.. Yikes...

Or Blake stays.. Well Clippers are just about out of the Playoffs now without CP3

I just looked up their draft pick situation.  Sadly they have their 2018 pick and their 2019 pick is heavily protected.  Was hoping they mortgaged their future but alas.

I just can't believe how much talent that team had and never got out of the 2nd round. Wasted CP3s career. How much longer till Doc is gone? Also I find it hilarious that the celtics are already back to be a contender and clippers are now a lottery team in only 4 seasons. This is why I laugh when people say Doc is a elite coach. Most overrated coach of all time.

End of an era. Clippers gonna go back to clippin. Feel bad for CP3...could have had a chip with the Lakers, but will decidedly end his career without one.

Clippers messed up not perusing a Durant for Griffen swap at the deadline a few years back. Now the window closed.

IMO Jordan is the one who should be moved.

This deal makes no sense for either team.

They tried to move Jordan on draft night, but apparently (as with Russell) the market wasn't big at all for him.

He(Jordan) may wind up in Brooklyn too if Blake leaves as well and the Clippers have to embrace/acknowledge they have to rebuild.

Clipps were going nowhere in the WC with those 3.  Unless they just want to sell tickets, it was time to hit reset.  They were never getting past  GSW for the next few years.

You have to accredit Morey and the Rockets... They seem to always find a way to real in free agents.

So (take a breath): Beverley, Williams, Dekker, Harrell, Kelly, Liggins, Quarterman & 2018 first (small protection) to Clippers for CP3.
