Clearly he's athletic and seems to be able to create his own shot, but I'm curious how efficent is he? How well did he shoot overall and from the three?

Extremely athletic, plays the passing lane extremely well, needs to work on his jumper.

But he showed improvement at the combine and was one of the people who impressed.  So we'll definitely see if it carries over into Summer League.

PJ Dozier has lottery talent and a great NBA wing body.  I love my Gamecocks and I never want to say anything bad about them but the only problem PJ has is upstairs.  Remember LO?  Remember how he'd have stretches where it looked like he could do anything and then stretches where you forgot he was on the floor?  Yeah, that's PJ.

Very athletic, very skilled.  Too passive at times.

All of that said, when he turns it on, it's hard to stop him.  When he decides he wants to score, he will find a way.  If Luke can find a way to keep him turned all the way up, we will have gotten a guy that should have gone no later than 25th in the draft for free.

I'll put it to you this way:

PJ Dozier vs Luke Kennard 1-on-1?  Dozier wins 9 out 10 times.

To me should've been a clear early 2nd rounder. Typical athletic wing with some solid defensive fundamental, but I guess given the bad perimeter game teams are all going into one direction. Definitely worth a gamble on.
