Golden state would love to have him. I actually think he'd get on the floor for them

So he should be on the floor for us

I was really hoping he would use #8 or #24, with Kobe's blessing of course, until they retire Kobe's jersey(s).

Praying for  1. Some Cohesion (Ill fitting parts with young bucks, new guys, and those playing for next contracts may muck things up all season) 2. Better Coaching, No More Tanking (Last season was more of the latter but not sure how much of the former we can count on. Walton with something to prove this season as much as any Laker player) 3. Rookie Watch (Hoping Lonzo outshines his daddy (ROTY??), and Kuzma finds minutes and makes a push for all rook 2nd team)

READY FOR SEASON!!!

It was a really good showing but Zubac has had success in actual NBA games. I wouldn't put too much stock in these games yet.

I say give it time. I mean ideally both of them show out and you decide which ones a keeper and use the other to nab some more good pieces moving forward

It's not about stats, it's about how he plays the game. He brings more energy than Zu, he hustles more, has a much faster release on his jump shot with more range, and runs the floor better. Those things won't change because they have nothing to do with the level of competition he is facing.

He runs the floor like a gazelle. Like a young Shaq out there.

I love this kids passion and energy. Howls at the moon everytime he got an and 1, block or dunk. Lakers need that or I love seeing it

The only guy who matched Brice Johnson's intensity yesterday. Shame Jud benched him so early.

He's playing for a contract, right?

Zu playing not to get hurt

Any idea why Bryant was like the complete opposite of game 1 yesterday? I mean the performance wasn't even close. It's understandable for him to regress at least somewhat, but he looked like a total scrub yesterday, who couldn't do anything right. From one extreme to another. That was discouraging to say the least.

yo.

He's a rookie big man? That's probably the largest reason

He should play for the defenders. He needs minutes.
