As someone who wasn't happy about the trade, this is the best center we've had in quite some time.

Hope he can stay healthy for us.

He'll have a similar impact to the kind Pau had for us in 2013-2014. But without the rebounding.

How about Lopez has played 72 or more games for the 7 out of 9 years and for the most part has been 20 / 7 / 2 blks on 50% shooting. Everyone is acting like we got a bum for DLo. It's Bananas!! I am going to be thrilled to see the ball go through the hoop 50% of the time from the center position

He doesn't need to redeem his career.  He's always proven to be one of the top offensive big men in the league.

In order to get a nice paycheck once his current contract expires, he just has to prove that he can stay healthy, that's always been the question mark.

Dude was only hurt like 2 years out of a decade. He didn't play many games over 75 because of rest and not making it to the playoffs  LOL

if you hated Pau that year, you won't like Brook this year.

But he'll get his stats.

Common man, it's almost as if you HAVE to disagree with any point that I make, even  when I point out the most obvious things.  Everyone knows that the biggest concern with Lopez has been his injuries.  How are you going to deny this?  The last time he played over 80 games within a single season was his Junior year in 2010/2011.

While being injury ridden in 2 seasons throughout a 10 year career may not be a drastic concern, at 29 years of age, a big man whom has a track record of breaking his foot twice and nagging ankle throughout his career is always a red flag.  It's good too see that he's been able to compete and play over 140 games throughout the past two seasons, but to ignore his health concerns is illogical.

I don't see Lopez as part of the team after this coming season is complete.

He's mainly here to provide some offense/spacing at the 5, provide as a great practice body against Zu, and possibly hold some value as an expiring contract at the deadline.

I can actually see him possibly being a part of this team moving forward beyond this season depending upon the price tag.  Offensively, there really isn't a better fit at the 5 position.  I know he's never been a great rebounder but I do believe he can be a decent post defender.  Against the pick-and-roll  and stretching beyond the painted area is a different story haha.

I see Brook being here if Lakers dont get commit from Boogie.

I wanna believe somethings brewing on the horizon.

Then again, im delusional

Praying for  1. Youngsters Ballin (Didn't really happen on a consistent basis at all) 2. Miracle Trade (Also didn't happen. And we traded our best player for chump change) 3. Kick Ass Rooks (Zubac exceeded, Ingram tried but disappointed overall)

READY FOR SEASON TO BE OVER!!!

Brook Lopez ranked second among centers in scoring last year (20.5 ppg) and led his position in made 3-pointers.
