Easily.  Ingram right now is still all potential based.  Doesn't have one skill right now that's proven.

Honestly looks better than Ingram too

I need to see more of this from Kuzma before I'm convinced it's not just a fluke. At the very least though, he needs more playing time.

Ya Lonzo needed more scorers in that first game line up...between KCP, Nance and Julius, I’m surprised he got any assists at all. Ingram was the only scorer in that lineup...If Kuz keeps it up he might crack that lineup midseason

I know this is early and all, but Kuzma really looks legit.

The knock on him is inconsistency, but i haven't seen even a glimpse of that so far and it's hard to find any real flaws in his game.

Kuzma can definitely play the 3.  Now let's find out if he can play the 2 :D

I wouldn't go as far as play him at the 2, but it looks like he's giving us all the stuff we've been missing from Randle and Nance.

As much as I hate to admit this, the above is true, that said I still 100% believe that BI will break out soon!

You guys thought I was crazy talking about trading Ingram this season for LeBron...Cavs wouldn't do it but I would.  LeBron on this team makes too much sense.  Ingram has potential but it's still unrealized for the most part.

Ball

KCP

Kuzma

LeBron

Bogut

Yeah, I'm good with that.  Sub in PG13 for KCP next year and I'm REALLY good with that...LOL.  I know it will never happen.

IMHO, Ingram is buying into this "Be Tha Man" hype.  He needs to move better without the ball and put himself in position to score on the move.  Trying to set-up to create 1-on-1 matchups to showcase his talent isn't what we need right now.  IMHO, that will come as his body matures.  He still needs about 10-15lbs to get anywhere NEAR the size he needs to be at to score that way consistently.

Kuzma, OTOH, is ready.  I thought Tatum was hands down the most NBA ready rookie...not so sure about that anymore.

Kuzma should be starting for this team and I don't think anybody can make a compelling argument as to why he shouldn't. So far ahead of Randle and Nance.

The coaches dont think he's a starter yet.

That's because of Randle homerism. If Kuzma continues to play like this Randle will be benched by the all-star break.

Don't think it will take that long.  I'm watching to see how Kuzma plays defensively...if he's even COMPETENT for the first 10 games, there's no reason to start Randle over Kuz.

Trading Ingram for Lebron wouldn't make too much sense because if Lebron wants to come to LA, he will. No need to give up Ingram.

But having Kuzma on a 4yr rookie deal and having him play this well really does change the landscape of the roster. That doesn't mean we should just trade Ingram, obviuosly, but if our main FA targets are Lebron and Paul George there really is a positional overlap between those two and Kuzma and Ingram.

At this point there shouldn't be a need to get attached to names? Whoever is balling should be out there. And Kuzma is by far the most polished product.
