So similar to Simmons that he won't play the season.

I like to dip my feet in toilet water & smell them.

Great pickup.

Gives us versatility and more shooting up front. Let's see how he does in the summer league playing with Lonzo. I think he's going to maximize the production of a guy like this who runs the floor well and can stroke it from 3.

I don't get how he slipped to late 1st round. His movements are fluid for his size. It's like he is walking in air. Not mechanical like Nance, or Randle. And he has legit shooting stroke. WTF.

Very similar measurements to Randle coming in, except he's a 3 year player and 25 pounds lighter. So he's probably closer to what shredded Randle weighs now.

He can stay in the league if he works on it, I see him as a solid rotational guy.

A number of very good players dipped. This was an amazing draft year.

When I say diet Ben simmons it includes his lack of a jumper and free throw shooting.

The highlights don't show it, but the jumper is a weakness of his. That's what he's gonna need to work on. He can finish at the basket well however and has a lot of talent and a multi year college player, he'll be a good rotational guy and will learn good friend Brewer and Deng if Deng is still here.

Did you watch him at the combine? His jumper doesn't look like a weakness at all and I'm sure that's why he was drafted. He's easily the best shooting PF on our roster day 1.

He is not even gonna play 10mpg in his rookie season. His shot efficiency is least of my worries.

Junior PF whose draft stock didn't rise until later in the season and following the NBA Draft combine.  Prior to that, most scouts had him going late in the second round or even undrafted.  Fortunately he showed his worth and his value rose.

In short, he's a very mobile and fluid big man with a pretty decent shooting stroke from the perimeter and is just a high motor guy whom will crash the boards and run the floor.

The draft podcast I listened to and ESPB questioned his shot.

Said he was bad outside of 3 where he wasn't great
