These LeBron excuses

"he got tired" "he's just playing a better team."

Tell me when Michael, Kobe, Magic, Bird or Kareem ever needed these excuses as to why they didn't succeed?  Better yet, tell me when either of them ever went to these excuses to justify them?

Fact is Barkley was right when he hit that nerve. LeBron DOESN'T want to compete, he wants the competitive advantage on everyone by a wide margin like he's had in the East for the past 7 seasons, and when it's even a little even and something he has to truly overcome, he passive-aggressively complains.

Sad thing in, ESPN is now just giving him the "Golden State's just the better team." Excuse...

Yeah GREATEST PLAYER IN THE WORLD... the guy you KEEP BRINGING UP IN THE CONVERSATIONS WITH MICHAEL JORDAN can get by with a "his team just isn't better" excuse for why he loses.

They're already saying if they get swept it doesn't count cause Golden State is just the better team. Like SERIOUSLY? I have NEVER seen someone who is supposed to be great get SO MANY EXCUSES and "oh but he didn't really lose"s from the media as a whole. It's sickening.
Yeah "losing doesn't count" because you lost to the better team.... yeah.. wonderful standard...

Then again, losers love excuses to make up for their ineptitude.

Kobe, Jordan, Magic, Bird, Kareem would NEVER have accepted "well.. that team's just better, I'm fine, cause I got my triple double" or "I did enough." after a loss, EVER.  So why does LeBron get to?     How did we go from "The goal is to win a championship, if we don't, I've failed." to  "I did enough, so I'm fine.".

Youre better than this Maj.

Winning everything isnt a given no matter who you are.

How many years did MJ play in the NBA.

Lets not confuse GREATNESS (Bron) with ABSOLUTE PERFECTION and SOME LUCK (no one) along the way

Praying for  1. Some Cohesion (Ill fitting parts with young bucks, new guys, and those playing for next contracts may muck things up all season) 2. Better Coaching, No More Tanking (Last season was more of the latter but not sure how much of the former we can count on. Walton with something to prove this season as much as any Laker player) 3. Rookie Watch (Hoping Lonzo outshines his daddy (ROTY??), and Kuzma finds minutes and makes a push for all rook 2nd team)

READY FOR SEASON!!!

The Cavs can't stop Durant, but Warriors couldn't stop Lebron and Kyrie either. Not last season, not now.

I think from defensive standpoint, it is one of the worst finals ever. I really wish Kawhi hadn't been injured. Spurs don't allow any of this.

Yeah cuz pretty much no one wanted to see Warriors v cavs

The Cavs are toast...there I said it. They'll need to put up three more 86 pt halves if they're going to win.

Let's be real that they're probably not going to be able to do that.

Happy the Cavs won that one game.

I truly didn't want to hear the sweep b.s. for the rest of my life with the frickin' Warriors.

P.S. - It's o.k. to be a Lakers fan and like LeBron.  I can't believe there's still this much ire for the guy.  It's hilarious to watch fans still rail against LeBron for what become thinner and thinner reasons.

Two of my best friends are a Bulls fan and Celtics fan so I give them a wide berth when it comes to the LeBron hate.  But occasionally I have to keep it real like look MJ, Shaq, Kobe all got calls and had their time, this is LeBron's time stop being a hypocrite.  Of course the Lakers have never played LeBron in a meaningful game so I guess it's easier for me to say that haha.

Yeah but the rest of the team minus Irving isn't. He'll eventually run out of gas at this rate.

lol the 72-10 bulls would sweep GS

people paid big money for this game. With the poor officiating and no semblance of defense, I'd have to think about accepting a free ticket

OK is it that hard to see a shot to the head in real time?

Man if the warriors blow a 3-0 lead and lose the series again it will be ridiculous. The NBA will be a grade A joke.

Any of the 2000-2002 three peat teams would wipe the floor with the Warriors and Cavs.

To be honest, it doesn't take a lot from the other players for Cavs to win. Lebron and Kyrie together have 80 points potential against this Warriors team. They are defended extremely poorly.

OK is it that hard to see a shot to the head in real time?

Mind boggling.
