With rosters expanding to 17 next season for 2 additional D-League spots he should be here to stay.  Maybe he's in the mold of Tony Allen or maybe he never develops a shot.  Won't hurt us to find out.

Kid should spend all summer shooting corner 3s.

that and or mid range as well.

Play him so he develops and we tank more. Great decision.

This kid brings a defensive intensity.

That lineup of

Clarkson

Nwaba
Brewer

Ingram
Nance

That we put out the other night, was actually probably the best defensive lineup we've put out.  Which says a lot.

"Bryant had come to rage against the idea that Howard's clownish disposition could overtake the locker room, the Lakers' culture, and had warned Howard that he would never, ever let it happen."

That lineup makes me cringe though. Not one guy who can reliably create his own shot other than maybe Clarkson.

At least it will help us tank, which seems to be LA's motto right now.

Amazingly enough that group despite their flaws offensively caused a lot of defensive stops and turnovers eventually getting us an 8 point lead in the 4th because of it.

I'd love to see them all gain better fundamentals

Luke plans to talk to front office about David Nwaba's future. Luke liked his play, but admitted possibility of wanting to sign new guys

Wow surprised about this. Would make more sense to waive Ennis, Brewer, or MWP.

Ennis won't be here next season. At least this guy has a chance to show his talent and play somewhere.

it’s worth noting that over that modest sample size the Lakers’ defense allowed 14.2 points per 100 possessions less with Nwaba on the floor than it did with him off

hopefully he shows more of what he's shown us already and gets that 3 ball falling in the off season - could make him a great piece

Nah doubt it..

You never know. He used to be a slasher before becoming a defensive ace.
