Vivek knows what he's doing; moreso than Phil & the Lakers.

I like to dip my feet in toilet water & smell them.

Sacramento Kings Vice President of Basketball Operations and general manager Vlade Divac announced he attempted to pry Nuggets cornerstone Nikola Jokic off the hands of the Denver Nuggets in exchange for ex-Kings center DeMarcus Cousins.

In an interview with European media outlet, Blick Sports, Divac acknowledged he tried to get Jokic, as well as other promising rising stars in the Phoenix Suns’ Devin Booker and Los Angeles Lakers’ Brandon Ingram, in exchange for Cousins.

The article was written in Serbian with an excerpt translating to the following:

“There was no way that we (could get) Jokic. I wanted him, but (Denver refused),” Divac said. I tried to get Booker in Phoenix, and Ingram from the Lakers but there was no chance. I wanted to start from the beginning and I think that’s for the best.”

13.5 ppg 3 rpg 0.8 apg 2.4 3pfg on 48.7 fg% 50.0 3p% / Per36 19.1 ppg 4.3 rpg

Small sample with Kings. But that is the Buddy Hield that played in Oklahoma. Currently owning #6 and #7 pick. Sac can jump start a more well-rounded rebuilding. The joke is on NO though.

The #5 pick is their own tho right?  Trading Cousins helped them lose (I guess haha) but the actual deal was Boogie for Hield and the Pelicans pick (10th).

Before they traded Cousins their pick was 9 or 10. They could have lost it to Chicago. In any case, that is two good picks plus a very good young player. No headache is a nice bonus.
