Nice job Russell.  Need a composed score with Randle able to get in the middle and it's passless set for a three.  Stupid.

There's no tank this year.  They won't retain their pick, and if they play as crappy as they have, free agents are still cruising right by them.B

Better than the worst year in the history of the franchise - sure.  But I fail to see how that's anything monumentally positive.

screw that bro. This team isn't tanking. It hasn't have the right team yet. Maybe a small trade by the all star break would be a upgrade. However this team isn't tanking for its effort so far.

It's effort has been for crap for over a month now.  Once teams caught on to how they play, the Lakers have sputtered and have given a half-ass effort almost every single game.

Whatever makes you happy.  For me, better than the worst team in Laker history is nothing to be proud of, brag about or hang your hat on.

Luke kept the second unit in for too long.

Have you guys seen Randle on defense? screwed 3 straight possessions; Luckily, it didnt translate to scores.

I've seen the whole team on defense.  It's a team-wide plague.

This team seems to expect good things to come to them.  The very brief time of them working to get better seems to have passed.

Whatever, I expected a bad season, but the lack of effort is deeply disturbing.  This is what Byron Scott complained about and it seems it wasn't just a question of the team relating to a coach.  it's the players themselves.

Julius Randle Interview after the Clippers game.

Julius Randle next game versus one of the worst teams of the association 32 mins  2 points 10 rebounds 4 assists 1/6 3 turnovers. i mean, it's not just the numbers that bothers me, it's the mentality, the effort.

This is part of the master plan, man. Im sure Mitch told the young guys to play 50% of effort to retain the pick esp after the new CBA. What a smart move!! got to love Mitch !!

This is team is championship bound in 2 years. Once they retain their pick the young guys will ball.

These young guys deserve to blow a season away, let them rest and have fun.
