He's not even better than Tariq Black overall. He's just a cheap big man who will hustle and crash the boards. He's fine to play in 3-4 minutes spurts, but we can't rely on him for anything beyond like 14-15 minutes a night. He just doesn't have the necessary skills on either end to really make that big of an impact.

I don't think anyone thinks any differently.
He is a good example to Randle so he can see his faults magnified.

In combination with Black and Nance, there is great energy amongst the 3. Floor spacing better with Nance as well as D.

The Black / Robinson combo on the floor is really cool. If our guards went as hard at their jobs as these two at theirs we'd have more wins

I can see why using just his first letter (TROB) is a way better nickname than using the first 2 (THROB)

Praying for  1. Some Cohesion (Ill fitting parts with young bucks, new guys, and those playing for next contracts may muck things up all season) 2. Better Coaching, No More Tanking (Last season was more of the latter but not sure how much of the former we can count on. Walton with something to prove this season as much as any Laker player) 3. Rookie Watch (Hoping Lonzo outshines his daddy (ROTY??), and Kuzma finds minutes and makes a push for all rook 2nd team)

READY FOR SEASON!!!

I'd trade both for Okafor in a heartbeat.

I like to dip my feet in toilet water & smell them.

And Philly would hang up the phone in a heartbeat.

The Lakers may have received an unexpected gift in Robinson. Not long ago he was a high lottery selection with a lot or promise. He consistently achieved the same solid results he has shown the Lakers this season but for whatever reason did not fit in and was included in one trade package after another. C.J. McCollum of the Portland Trail Blazers said of Robinson last summer (via Alex Kennedy of Basketball Insiders), “I think he can help any team in this league with his skill-set and motor. He just needs the right opportunity.”

He may have found that opportunity with the Lakers. On any night that Robinson gets 18-20 minutes of playing time, he can be counted on to finish with 10 points and 10 rebounds, or better, while playing tough defense. Most teams, and certainly the Lakers, can use that kind of production.

Robinson has the thing this team is lacking he cares if the guy near him scores or gets the rebound. Can't have more talented less willing players stand around or accept not busting azz every play, cause your career is only so long don't believe the hype

Why? Fantasy league trades don't make sense. I know where you're coming from but we have these guys now. Zu will be a force in a couple seasons Ingrsm too but for now struggles

In limited minutes...T Rob is a pretty good weapon.

When we play small, it's okay with Nance and Nwaba
