Russell out, Randle out, Young out

Gonna be up to Ingram tonight. Another opportunity for him to gain confidence and forced to assert himself offensively.  Not a bad thing, if he is successful and starts to feel like he belongs.

i'll be at this game tonight, sure hope it's more competitive than the last one...but won't be too disappointed either way because it's a free ticket =)

this will be my first laker game since kobe's retirement...probably my first time going to staples without some sort of kobe jersey on too

Which means it may be more of an opportunity to see what Ingram can do and give us your opinion of what you see from him up close :)

But hey if the Lakers SOMEHOW won this game due to Ingram, it would only mean good things.    Ingram's gonna be forced to take offensive initiative this game, and against Golden State no less, a good test for him and if he does very well it could be a major confidence booster.

maybe Kerr pulls a Popovich and rests Curry and Durant :D

we're going to need a huge game from lou

We'll need a 30+ point game from Lou

And over 25+ point game from Ingram

And an over 18+ point game from Deng

to stand a chance

Clarkson is gonna need to come up big off the bench as well with no Lou in this instance, Larry as well.

We have the depth to be competitive, but we need guys to have a big game and not take ANY plays off if we want a chance.

We may need to play Mozgov more this game and try to use his size against Golden State if they don't catch on to pick and rolling him to oblivion till late.  Cause we likely aren't gonna out Fred Astaire, Fred Astaire by going small.

Agree I'd play the ends of the bench to avoid foul troubles. Go hard start of 3rd and 4th. Just lose by less than Wed

At shootaround Friday morning, Lakers Coach Luke Walton said both Julius Randle (hip pointer) and Nick Young (sprained toe) are doubtful for the 7:30 p.m. tip off.

Sad to hear that we are shorthanded this game since myself and my gf and her cousins are going. Let's hope it is still somewhat competitive and not too ugly :(

Yeah it's really all about Ingram this game IMO, the Warriors have a bunch of great defensive wings so Ingram balling on them will be huge for his confidence. Last game was probably the first game of the season we weren't really competitive throughout, let's fight this time.

Luke didn't commit to starting Ingram, said he might put him back on the bench even though he liked what he did Wednesday.

Right now, only confirmed starters are Calderon, Deng and Moz. I'd go with Clarkson and Ingram to round it out.

Benching Ingram? Why?

Start treating him like a No. 2 pick, Luke. The kid is working his rear off to get the opportunity to play.
