Nick Young is most likely to guard Westbrook.

Happy for Young after what he's gone through with Byron but he's gonna be eaten alive, especially with Westbrook's postgame interview lol.

Westbrook is gonna get his no matter what just like Harden did. it takes all-NBA defensive players to even slow them a bit, and sometimes that's not even enough.

Regardless, perimeter defense is gonna be a hole that our management needs to confront. Ingram has shown flashes but that's a few years down the road we're talking. Hopefully we can unload someone for an Avery Bradley type player to really change the outlook of this team on that end.

Let's pray Russell Westbrook has an off nite, he still thinks he has something to prove after KD left.. Hoping for much better defense, and fair refs lol. Ingrams development getting used to the League.

He was out of bounds, it was the right call.

You can take away points when reviewing for a 2 or a 3 if the player is out-of-bounds. You can't review to check if a player was out-of-bounds after a made shot. While they were checking for whether it was a 2 or a 3 (and ultimately waived the basket which is following the rules) Clarkson was far behind the 3-point line, so it's very fishy they checked in the first place.

It's almost as if they were checking if Clarkson was out-of-bounds after the made 3 which is against what is stated in the rules (unless they made the call immediately).

Regardless, we had plenty of opportunities to win and couldn't close it out. This is something we'll be seeing for the entire season, especially when the opposing team has star players.

That's the free throw difference.

Moving onward.

"Bryant had come to rage against the idea that Howard's clownish disposition could overtake the locker room, the Lakers' culture, and had warned Howard that he would never, ever let it happen."
