A name i would have never came up with.

Needless to say, 2 and 2 is really tough to average.

One of those weird stats that then dawns on you.

Going back to the freak, along with his other numbers, dude having an amazing year at his age, or any age even.  Overshadowed by phenomenal years by Harden and Westworld

Praying for  1. Youngsters Ballin (Didn't really happen on a consistent basis at all) 2. Miracle Trade (Also didn't happen. And we traded our best player for chump change) 3. Kick Ass Rooks (Zubac exceeded, Ingram tried but disappointed overall)

READY FOR SEASON TO BE OVER!!!

Giannis in his rookie season: 6.8ppg 4.4rpg 1.9apg 0.8spg 0.8bpg on 41.4 FG%

Giannis in his 4th year: 23.8ppg 9.0rpg 5.9apg 1.9spg 1.9bpg on 53.6 FG%

One can hope Ingram shows a similar growth. Assist and defensive stats are plausible. Scoring maybe at a lower efficiency.

Ingram currently: 7.3ppg 4.1rpg 1.9apg 0.4spg 0.4bpg on 34.7 FG%

Ingram in his 4th year: 23ppg 8rpg 5apg 1.5spg 1.2bpg on 48 FG%

Ingram is tall and long, but Giannis is a complete freak of nature. The dude just has crazy speed and glides so smoothly, he actually reminds me of Magic in some ways. But I am convinced that it's only a matter of time before Ingram learns to score at a crazy high volume. I see so much skill in him when he tries to create for himself. He could be that guy who shoots 10+ free throws a game if he gets his body right.

MVP race? Right now? Kawhi Leonard and James Harden would be your 1 and 2.

"Bryant had come to rage against the idea that Howard's clownish disposition could overtake the locker room, the Lakers' culture, and had warned Howard that he would never, ever let it happen."

So TNT put up Oscars triple double stats in '61-'62, which were almost identical to RW's currently (around 31/11/11 for both).

But The Big O was playing 44 minutes a game

Westworld is playing 34 minutes.  :o

Granted Robertson didn't have the 3 pointer

There was also more possessions per game then too I think.

The more i watch Harden, the more i like him.

Even though he's an offensive flopper for fouls, his game and his shooting are something special.

I swear i hope these 2 teams meet in the playoffs and the league announces MVP during game 1 (to pisss the other guy off as much as possible)

Lol that would be brutal. But that playoff matchup would be a must watch. Just watching the game other day, it showed an epic potential.

40 points 10 rebounds 11 assists by Harden against Toronto for Rockets 8th straight win.

It is also his 10th triple double in the season. Harden is looking more and more like MVP.

This race may even drown out team positioning end of season.

Feels like Sosa/McGwire homerun race back in the day for those old enough to remember

Kawhi deserves consideration, both for his play and the fact he's the only one doing it on both ends.

I think the work in which MDA has done in Houston with 1 Star player and a variety of role players proves that success isn't always determined by the individual talent in a roster.  It has much more to do with the overall system and player-personnel fit.

The player I'm most happy for is Eric Gordon.  MDA has literally resurrected his career.

I love watching Houston but man MDA does this to every single team he goes to. It's a gift and curse cause it becomes easy to stop in the playoffs.
