Sooner or later the Rockets are gonna go through a bad shooting stretch/hit injuries and Harden won't be as high on people's list. Or at least that's how I see it.

Maybe...

But i think this is the season with the best race in years?

Like maybe 8+ years?

I mean Griffin was averaging 20/10 on a really good team and wasn't getting mentioned by ANYONE.

Thats how good the other guys are playing ahead of him.

Fantastic NBA season on many levels for fans all over the country

Still think we get Cavs/GS 3.0 but still...lots of good viewing

Praying for  1. Youngsters Ballin (Didn't really happen on a consistent basis at all) 2. Miracle Trade (Also didn't happen. And we traded our best player for chump change) 3. Kick Ass Rooks (Zubac exceeded, Ingram tried but disappointed overall)

READY FOR SEASON TO BE OVER!!!

Man Westbrook just had a sublime performance in the garden, ridiculous fourth quarter. He had a 45 point triple double and it's his third straight 40 point game too

Shhtz crazy

I mean, 17 assists?

Almost no one gets that concentrating on just assists.

Let alone the other numbers

Westbrook: 30.9ppg 10.5rpg 10.7apg with 30.41 PER

Harden: 28.5ppg 8.1rpg 12.0apg with 28.94 PER

Antetokounmpo: 23.8ppg 8.9rpg 5.9apg 2.0spg 2.0bpg with 28.98 PER

Lebron: 25.6ppg 7.9rpg 8.7apg with 26.57 PER

Durant: 25.9ppg 8.9rpg 4.8apg with 27.83 PER

Beast stats, all 5. But looking at Westbrook and Harden, you just shake your head. Not seen stats since Oscar. Tiny Archibald also led the league in scoring and assisting but that rebounding? How the hell do you explain that.

Honestly what Harden and Westbrook are doing is surreal.  Especially being that you expect those type of numbers from them on a nightly basis now.  MDA deserves alot of credit for Harden's success for sure and I think he has the edge over Westbrook at the moment since Houston is so successful.

Hopefully both can stay healthy and potentially even clash in the postseason.  A 7 game series with Harden/Westbrook going toe-to-toe will be box office.

That's a good point actually. What Westbrook is doing would have won him the MVP a lot of seasons despite not being among the elite teams, but when you have other guys also having amazing statistical seasons it's makes it more difficult for him to win.

Right now, i think Harden is the favorite to win having the 3rd best record and putting up roughly the same numbers as Westbrook.

First team all NBA?

AD maybe displace one if he plays 65+ games?

But Elton maybe should based on a lot of guys already in.

He was a beast for 8+ years...
