Its possible the body fat edict that came down from magic will absolutely help Deng and Moz.

Will they be better than last year if they abide? Probably.

Will they be worth their contracts? No.

But it should help

I hope so. He (Deng) could possibly be another Nash moment.

Nash was signed as a star to play with a top 3 player in Love at the time. Love had a window to compete.
Deng was brought in as a mentor and stopgap between Ingram grow in . Into a 4th year player. A ripe 22 year old when this contract is up. Not even in his prime. Same for Dlo and Lonzo

No doubt he's a great locker room presence. Maybe Luke just keeps him in the locker room during games.

hahaha

Ouch

Praying for  1. Youngsters Ballin (Didn't really happen on a consistent basis at all) 2. Miracle Trade (Also didn't happen. And we traded our best player for chump change) 3. Kick Ass Rooks (Zubac exceeded, Ingram tried but disappointed overall)

READY FOR SEASON TO BE OVER!!!

Body fat Edith would be nice, would have worked but Deng hurt himself working out and lifting weights this off-season in his quest to prove people wrong and needed surgery.

Deng needs to play alot and well for the first 25 games. It will really help showcase him

Tough situation here. If we want any production out of Deng, we'd play him as a stretch 4 next season.

Unfortunately, those minutes will be occupied by Kuzma, Randle, and Nance (2/3 of them...one will be moved at the very least). Not sure what Deng will do for us in the future...best situation I can think of is keeping him next season and biting the bullet with the stretch provision in 2018. ~36 million stretched over 5 seasons will save us ~11 million in cap space.

Should've unloaded Deng in the Russell deal instead and asked for #22 in place of 27. Oh well.

Deng's contract will be stretched if not included in a package deal like Mozgov.

All i know is i want Ingram playing 30+ every night next season.

Starting and finishing games unless we're being pummeled (which may be more than we'd like to admit)

One of the reasons its harder to trade Deng is because he's currently injured and recovering from surgery and likely won't be able to come into the season in shape because of that.
