Somehow I'm not surprised. Messi choked big time with Argentina.

 

Kinda irony because the first time I watched him was in 2005 U-19 Tournament where he and Aguero won the whole thing.

Everyone's pretty sure he just said that out of anger and frustration and he probably didn't mean it.

Watch the interview, he really just means to say that losing isn't for him so he's over it. The media blows up what they can though.

He's not expected to win much so it's a bit easier with a lot less pressure going for him.
