Jamil Wilson?   -_-

I know it's the SL, but we can do better than that.

They were, because I was one of them.

Thing is, the Kansas fans asked that about Andrew Wiggins as well.

Bill Self's offense is not designed to feature individual players, which is honestly one reason why we have struggled to get back into the championship game since 2008 (minus 2012). That's not saying Selden is anywhere as good as Wiggins, of course, but he's definitely worth a look at as an early second rounder.

I watched Seldon the last couple of years and didn't see much but I wouldn't mind signing him to the SL team to see what he can do.

Source: Lakers invite 7'2" Frenchman Moustapha Fall to Summer League. Led ProA in blocks, shot insane 72% from 2PT.

What about Randle?

He's too good.  There is no reason for him to play in SL and develop chemistry with the other young guys including Ingram/Zubac.

We should not worry about him getting acclimated to the offense because someone said that Luke may not even coach.

In short, him not playing is believed by some to not be a big deal.

Him playing on the Olympic select squad is probably better for him too.

Russell is playing in SL, no?

Not saying that Randle should play (he doesn't need it), but just sayin'. If D'Lo is playing, Randle could.

Russel is way to good for SL. There should be a rule that if you ever put up over 35+ points in the NBA you are ineligible from SL.

D'Loading played in the Kentuckiana Proam with a bunch of YMCA looking players just to get some more practice in, so I'm sure he's looking forward to summer league.

Plus he didn't set the court on fire last year in summer league, maybe he wants some retribution.

Him?  Sure...the Lakers?  Not so much...

LOL...Summer League is to help prepare for the NBA season and showcase talent to make an NBA Squad.  Any player that wants to work on the basics and get the best competition he can possibly get before the season should play in SL.

Your "rule" would prevent players rehabbing from a season ending injury from getting a few minutes in SL...does that sound fair?

LOL...doesn't matter either way.  Things will work out the way they are supposed to.
