I was DYING to ask the same thing but I thought it would've been insulting...based on the weight he listed, he's probably around 6'3...

Oh no it was much worse.

I'm 5'11 1/2 (though if you want to get SUPER technical it's more 5/8 than 1/2)  when out of shape and terrible posture but when I'm in shape(in the 180-190 zone) my posture improves and I'm closer to 6 foot barefoot.  <_<

So being that height and 265+ was really REALLY bad for me.

Fortunately 225.5 is much better for me, it's still overweight but much better.  30 more pounds down to 195 and make THAT my 'heaviest' I'll ever allow myself to go again.  I think ideally I'd be in the high 170s to mid 180s, but I want to set my baseline "heaviest" at 195 instead of the 260s which I never EVER want to be near again. :D

And you could have asked, I wouldn't be offended :D

How did you get to 265?

225 at 5'11 is huge.

195 is a great weight for your weight and height ratio.

at least your making progress!  :glasses:

Focusing primarily on my work and not at all on myself and avoiding scales.   That and essentially not working out consistently or much at all over the course of the past year and a half.   Or I'd start something for a few weeks or even a month and then stop and never go back to it.

microcosm of things but mainly procrastination and laziness as far as my well-being went physically.

MAJ, now that you have been so honest about your weight gains, I would like to keep the honesty momentum going; are you related to Randle? On his payroll? Employed by Randle? Any affiliation to Randle?

;)

Good to hear, Maj.  Keep up the good work...your heart thanks you.  That much weight works your heart more than anything else.  PLEASE tell me you're not a SMOKER?!

A tip for all guys who want to lose weight:

Drink nothing but water and eat no candy.  Doing that will help increase your metabolism and make losing weight much easier.  No beer.  No soda.  No slushy.  No champagne.  No wine.  Water...at LEAST 1 GALLON per day...at LEAST.

That tip alone will shave 10lbs off most guys...same tip doesn't work as well for women.

Say we land LeBron/PG13.  Who plays better at C?  Zu or Bryant?

From what my.old.eyes have seen. Zu gives them the rim protection and rebounds they need

TB could stretch the floor the way Luke likes. He is tough and gritty and he runs the floor better than Zu. May even be in better shape than Zu. He would get a a whole lot of u contested dunks with these cats doing there thing

I may consider trying Bryant at stretch 4 off the bench if Luke ever decides to try Kuzma at the 3.

Praying for  1. Some Cohesion (Ill fitting parts with young bucks, new guys, and those playing for next contracts may muck things up all season) 2. Better Coaching, No More Tanking (Last season was more of the latter but not sure how much of the former we can count on. Walton with something to prove this season as much as any Laker player) 3. Rookie Watch (Hoping Lonzo outshines his daddy (ROTY??), and Kuzma finds minutes and makes a push for all rook 2nd team)

READY FOR SEASON!!!
