I was DYING to ask the same thing but I thought it would've been insulting...based on the weight he listed, he's probably around 6'3...
Oh no it was much worse.
I'm 5'11 1/2 (though if you want to get SUPER technical it's more 5/8 than 1/2) when out of shape and terrible posture but when I'm in shape(in the 180-190 zone) my posture improves and I'm closer to 6 foot barefoot.
So being that height and 265+ was really REALLY bad for me.
Fortunately 225.5 is much better for me, it's still overweight but much better. 30 more pounds down to 195 and make THAT my 'heaviest' I'll ever allow myself to go again. I think ideally I'd be in the high 170s to mid 180s, but I want to set my baseline "heaviest" at 195 instead of the 260s which I never EVER want to be near again.
And you could have asked, I wouldn't be offended
