A good win to put the offcourt bs closer to nothingness

This game was the best "pitch" to Whiteside we could have made.

Best win we've had in a couple years IMO.

The young guys came together and closed it out.

Why was I thinking the same thing?

I wanted to post this

So Hassan, look at these young dudes... now imagine yourself at the 5 spot of sorry old Hibbert. You and Randle going after the boards. see how much fun you would have here... the Lakers would pay you well... imagine if the Lakers drafted Simmons or Ingram, more ball movement to you.... come on over to the purple and gold.....

GS 3/6 was much bigger imo

Praying for  1. Some Cohesion (Ill fitting parts with young bucks, new guys, and those playing for next contracts may muck things up all season) 2. Better Coaching, No More Tanking (Last season was more of the latter but not sure how much of the former we can count on. Walton with something to prove this season as much as any Laker player) 3. Rookie Watch (Hoping Lonzo outshines his daddy (ROTY??), and Kuzma finds minutes and makes a push for all rook 2nd team)

That was an epic win, but Warriors were obviously not on their game that night. And luckily, by playing swarming defense, we didn't do any favors of helping them.

But against the Heat, the kids brought the game to overtime, Clarkson hit some clutch shots, and Randle made the game winner. It was much more competitive and showed the mental fortitude of the young core.

This was a much bigger win from a growth standpoint.  The GSW game was a fluke- we played above ourselves and GSW was awful.  The Miami game, the kids came back from a deficit, put the game into OT and won it in OT, with almost zero contribution from Kobe.

The minutes played is starting to look like the future too.  Randle, Russell and Clarkson all played 35+ minutes with Nance at 31 minutes.
