It was that. D'Angelo shot okay but his worth is shown.
19 points on 24 shots is efficient enough.
Clarkson has a typical game and this is closer. Kobe played very well though.
Nice to see Huertas and Metta have moments the past two games.

Bucher.... are you even credible anymore? Sheesh

Between him and Barry I nearly muted my tv.  I actually said out loud wow a Rick Bucher sighting.  I thought he was done as a journalist to be totally honest.  Don't remember the last time I even heard his name in anything NBA related.  And then of course Barry with the comment about Kobe never being the face of the league and calling Randle a small forward.

Why is meta on the rotation and Nick young still on the bench? Camon Byron wake up.

Because Nick Young has been in an 11 game funk since the all-star break in which he's shooting 27% from the field to go along with his non-existent defense.  Not that his stats were much better before that anyway.  At least with Metta you get some effort and physical play.  At times he can set the tone defensively and the Lakers will string together some stops.  I really have no issue with him getting minutes over Young.

One of my big pet peeves about clarkson is anytime Kobe has the ball he stops cutting and just stands there instead being 5 on 5 it's like 4 on 5 on offense he doesn't do it all the time it irks me that they just sit there and watch Kobe

Even in our championship seasons when Kobe was in his prime or close to it some veteran players would stand around for stretches watching Kobe and weren't active in the offense.  Now Kobe is 37 and our roster is loaded with young players so to be honest you'd think when Kobe is dialed in there would be a lot more "Kobe watching" then actually happens.  And if I were Clarkson I might be doing the same thing so I don't really blame him.  IMO of all the players on our roster Clarkson's production is hindered most by Kobe's presence so come to think of it I especially don't blame him.
