I don't care about the look of Randle's shot or game.

I've seen tweeters like him before.

They don't all have the same game but they all are similar in potential effectiveness.

Lamar, Draymond , Kukoc, Millsap etc

If Russell and Ingram find consistency and become a truly dynamic duo. And Zubac is steady at the C position. The incremental improvements that Randle will undoubtedly experience, will be that dynamic X-factor that the aforementioned players are

Do you agree that Randle needs no find and take jumpshots cosistantly?

Late in clock situations where he is initially open...sure. otherwise I think improving his handle and footwork would add to his game already.
