I just heard from a friend of mine that this new Black Ops is set between 1&2. In this new one Mason is going to shoot JFK. The trailer showed a glimpse of what they really did to Mason. I just hope it's modern and not futuristic. No Exo suits.

Omg dude you have comment of the year. I'm passing on it too because it will be futuristic. I want either a old WW2 COD or a modern COD. This over the top Exo suit jump all over the map [expletive] is garbage.

Am I the only one who enjoyed black ops? Lol

Sadly I probably wont like this new one. Here is how it is described

"Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 deploys players into a dark, twisted future where a new breed of Black Ops soldier emerges and the lines are blurred between our own humanity and the technology we created to stay ahead, in a world where cutting-edge military robotics define warfare"

Seems like wanted to make it a way to have exo suits still in the game aha

Yea I'm done with COD. Battlefield it is. They clearly don't listen to the fans of the series.

^ TBH, they probably did "listen" to the fans of the series.

It's just seems like something that most of the big COD fans want. More futuristic weapons and made up attachments, crazy ass perks and kill streak rewards, etc.

Pretty sure their market research dictated this.

Just my thoughts on this.

I wanted a World at War game as well.

Black Ops 1 was a great game. Black Ops 2, was not a fan in my limited playtime of it.

I highly doubt that. They have a petition going on with 110K signatures for them to remake MW2 with better servers so it can't be hacked. People want a modern game. There are a bunch of real world scenarios they could have used for the game. Just by observing the Call of Duty Facebook page at least 75 percent of the people commenting under the video were pissed it wasn't World at War and once they confirmed the futuristic aspect people were even more pissed.

The last good COD for me was the first three COD based on WWII.

The games still break sells records, but each iteration sells less than the previous. They hit their high waters in sells with MW2 and Black Ops.

Of course, tons of people still play it, as it is easy to learn and accessible. It's easy to pop COD in and play for 45 mins before bed, it doesn't take the time commitment that other single player games take, and it doesn't have the learning curve of the other FPS games on the market. None of this is a bad thing, really, I just wish the games were actually fun again. I have nothing against COD, it's just gotten mediocre since so many people buy it every year no matter what.

Welcome to the world of Assassins creed fans and any sports game fans.

I can't believe there's actually a petition to bring back MW2. Why would anyone want to play a 6 year old game all over again? Further, that game was awful. Even without the glitches, the game still took no skill on account of the killstreaks(Which people camped for relentlessly).

The only good thing about MW2 was the maps. It's a worse version of CoD4 in every measurable way otherwise.

That's true but you can't deny the story being amazing. All people want is a modern setting game. Not this Exo suit run up walls [expletive].

What the [expletive]? A King Tiger, is there gonna be another throwback mission like they did with Reznov post-WW2?

I like to dip my feet in toilet water & smell them.
