Lynch JUST ran it in and New England didn't have an answer for him all game.. but you go for the pass??? why???  That was the stupidest call I've ever seen.   Don't have any idea what Carol is thinking.

That's a question only Pete Caroll can answer.   After being fired and at the press conference.

Classless literally defines the Patriots team and masshole fan base.

That loss is on Pete Caroll.  If Beast Mode doesn't get you the touchdown and you lose so be it.  But when you have 2 yards before the touchdown and you run a pass play.  Stupidest coaching decision ever.

I don't even have a favorite in this Superbowl and I'm mad for Seattle

Literally a yard away from a back to back superbowl. I just don't understand and what makes you pass there

Pete Caroll with the worst coaching decision of all time.    Must be karma for abandoning USC before [expletive] went down.

oh believe me, I'll say [expletive] the Patriots all day, I can't stand them, but that's not how you want to see your team go out.

I think Mike McCarthy somehow got his hands on the SEA playcalling towards the end there.

You give class to whom deserves class. Pats haven't exactly been role-models.

This loss will forever be a mark on Pete Caroll's coaching career and he'll have to wonder why he willingly basically gave away this Superbowl.  The Patriots had NO answer for Lynch but he runs a pass play like he's trying to buy time.  Stupid in every sense of the word.  Go for the kill right then and there and count on your defense to stop the 1 or 2 plays from Brady.   But he decides to run a pass play and this is the result.

This is a flat-out disgrace. Pete Carroll should take some serious responsibility after this and just flat-out retire and disappear from the game for a while. A good least few years to recover from this catastrophic trauma.

  1. Marshawn: "You know why I'm here." Pete Carroll: "No I obviously don't know."

Apparently, Pete Carroll didn't know why Marshawn Lynch is here.

Carroll doesn't call the plays on offense. Their OC does.
