Sources tell me that Bucks center Larry Sanders recently told some Bucks officials that he doesn't want to play basketball anymore.

Larry Sanders is only 26 years old and signed a 4 year, $44 million extension last year. Ton of money to just walk away from...

head case.

Gotta be more to it than that. That's way too much money to just walk away from.

Sanders had high aspirations for a big season but that hasn't materialized. He's averaging 7.3 points and just 6.1 rebounds.

A Bucks official said the team had attempted to trade Sanders, along with Brandon Knight, to the Pacers last summer for Roy Hibbert.

Not trying to dispute anyone's reporting, but the idea that Larry Sanders told anyone he didn't want to play any more was news to Larry.

Larry was out with the flu, has been dealing with some personal issues and is planning to re-join the team in the next couple of days.

I'd take Larry Sanders but of course for a certain price tag.

He may be a headcase now but he's nothing in comparison to some of the other players in this league.

So many pros think they will be fine and they already have all the money they need. Except they don't realize how expensive their life styles are.

I actually meant more along the lines of mental illness being a possibility.

Drugs.

Ususally drugs.

Or alcohol.

Praying for  1. Some Cohesion (Ill fitting parts with young bucks, new guys, and those playing for next contracts may muck things up all season) 2. Better Coaching, No More Tanking (Last season was more of the latter but not sure how much of the former we can count on. Walton with something to prove this season as much as any Laker player) 3. Rookie Watch (Hoping Lonzo outshines his daddy (ROTY??), and Kuzma finds minutes and makes a push for all rook 2nd team)

READY FOR SEASON!!!

I hope if the report are true he comes to his senses or seeks help if there's an underlying problem

He wants to quit Milwaukee.  Which is amazing cause they're doing well.

Pretty sure the Knicks are going to throw their hand in their now trying to land him now.  Probably giving up Antenekoumpo's brother and Early to do it too.

The NBA has suspended the Bucks' Larry Sanders for 10 games for violating the league's anti-drug policy. He served 5 games last season.

Ouch, the Larry Sanders struggle continues - suspended w/o pay for a min. of 10 games - violating NBA Anti-Drug Program
