The "Boo Birds" came out last night at the end of the 3rd quarter, following a Pelican run in which the Lakers gave up easy, uncontested baskets. Lakerfans booed their own team @Staples.
This morning on AM710, the guys discussed the event, asking Was it really fair of fans to "boo" the players? They took the position that the FO deserves the boos, not the players. They suggested that Jim Buss and Mitch should get introduced at the beginning of the game, so that fans can "get all the boos out of their system."
Was it fair for fans to boo the players last night?
Is there a better, more constructive/fair way for fans to express their disappointment?
