Anyone seen this comercial?
Is like madden has completely given up...

Their comercial is a rap video of people saying.. Blah

Blah blah blah.. Blah blah blah.. Blah blah.. Madden. Blah blah blah

I just they are trying to be honest

The game has been blah for the better part of a decade

I used to buy madden every year, but since like 2007. I stopped, and only got it as a gift.

It's hard to call something the worst comercial of all time, but yea...
This has to be nominated

But, hey!
At least madden is being honest, rather then sayin they are implementing new stuff, they are just admitting the game is blah

Blah
Blah
Blah blah blah

NFL 2K>>>>>>

Too bad EA was smart and eliminated the competition with throwing a lot of money at the NFL for the License to make the official games.

Madden is a game I buy a year late. The tackling engjne needs significant improvement. Ill get Madden 25 for my One in a few weeks. $20 is better than $70.

This is what happens when a business monopolized an industry.  NFL sold their soul to EA and even if the game suck every year, people will still buy them because that is the only source you can get if you are into football games.   I bought Madden every single year being an idiot as I was until 2012 when I realized how much of a stupid victim I was to EA.  EA is an evil empire that will always get victims like me.  I am such an NFL fan that I didnt mind spending 60 bucks every year for the same crap but now I had enough. Madden 15 will look exactly like Madden 25 I gaurenteed it.  I suggest you go on craiglist and get yourself madden 25 for like 15 bucks or so or even 20 bucks and do not buy Madden 15. it will be the same game.  When 2k had an nfl video game, it was legit and good. Then ofcourse EA realized people like the 2k games more they end up licensing the NFL.    Thank God EA NBA games suck but if EA buy out the NBA then we will be stuck with the sh&*&&ty  NBA Live game and say goodbye to NBA 2k.

It's American football.

Digital or real, it's the world's most boring game to watch or play.

Nope.  At least in soccer players have to move.  Scoring doesn't equal excitement.

In an American football game, there is only 11 minutes of actual plays and player movement in a 3 hour game.  Several funded and independent studies have confirmed this time and time again.  In fact, the player movement has actually decreased recently.  That's less movement than any sport by far, baseball included.

That is ridiculous.  If it weren't for gambling and the fact that it gives people an excuse to sit all day one day a week doing nothing, football would be nothing.  It didn't really blow up huge until fantasy sports and gambling (legal and otherwise) got a hold of it.  The game itself - terrible.

You've outlined all of my problems with football a lot clearer than I probably could have.

I wish there was halfway decent soccer to watch in the United States. Maybe some day...

I think you have that backwards.

IIRC, the NFL were the ones that approached EA about an exclusive agreement. For some reason the NFL likes having exclusivity with pretty much everything they do business wise.

It's guaranteed money with little negotiation.  The NFL makes a lot of money so companies are more than willing to attach themselves to it.

That's why they seek exclusivity.
