UNBEATEN heavyweight contender Deontay Wilder, who has won all 31 of his professional contests via knockout, turned up at a Los Angeles gym to teach an internet troll a lesson. Charlie Zelenoff, who has been harassing Wilder for years, invited the fighter to a gym in Hollywood for a fight on Wednesday night, and the 2008 Olympic bronze medallist obliged. Not surprisingly, Wilder got the better of it.
The heavyweight claims that Zelenoff’s abusive tweets, some racist, were also aimed at his young daughter, who has been diagnosed with spina bifida.
Footage of the bizarre incident appeared on entertainment site, TMZ, and shows both men in shorts and wearing boxing gloves. Zelenoff, who fancies himself as a fighter and has been making a nuisance of himself on social media for years, squared up to the chiselled giant before launching a hopeful bolo punch and making a run for it. Chaos ensued when Wilder caught up.
