Honestly, I haven't had an opportunity to watch much of him. But here's his draft profile from NFL.com:

http://www.nfl.com/d...ryor?id=2543469

Yeah, when I watch him I see a headhunter with pretty average cover skills. He's not a bad prospect, but I'd take someone like Deone Buccanon over him no question.

We drafted a corner in the first round based on his 40 last season.....

??? Hayden was not a 40yd dash pick, in fact he's probably the most complete corner from that draft class. Had he not suffered that injury, more teams would have had him higher on their boards. Now do I believe it was a smart pick given his health in question? No it probably wasn't but I still believe he's gonna have an much improved 2nd year and will only get better.

Lmao the raiders won't pick an actual need. No way we're drafting Mathews.

He registered the fasted CB 40 if I remember correct, 4.33.

Hayden did not do anything his rookie year that led me to believe he's anything more than mediocre. Corners usually show their rookie years. Asmougha is the only one I remember that actually took time to develop in recent memory.

Getting a lil amped.

Rumor is the Texans are asking for three 1st round picks.

If Im ATL we do it. Were gonna be beasts this year and back to playoff form. I dont GAF about 3 late 1st round picks.

So its possible we get Clowney. I think hes worth it. He could be the next Reggie White/Bruce Smith/Howie Long type defensive anchor for years to come.

Even last year at 4-12, with virtually no O-Line and all the offensive injuries the Falcons still averaged 22.1 ppg.

But over the last 6 seasons with Matty Ice we average 25.4 ppg. But we lose games by 2-5 pts in the final minute cuzz we cant get defensive stops.

If we could build even a average defense with Clowney as the Defensive Franchise player were gonna be real tough to beat.

That being said I want him and hope the Falcons give whatever to trade up. But if we dont get him than oh well. He can F off...lol

Niners may trade LaMichael James to Falcons for are 4 pick. Thats the rumor. Cuzz we gotta draft a RB anyways. And I want Baylors Lache Seastrunk. But I wouldnt mind LMJ whos got a few years NFL conditioning under his belt but really hasnt had the chance to show what he can do yet. He was Oregon's big standout star a few years ago...so its just like drafting a RB but stronger and more experienced.

What I dont like about LMJ hes only 5'8", 190lbs.

Thats only 1" taller than JaQuizz Rodgers who we have now...and Quizz is small.

Lache Seastrunk is 5-10, 210lbs

I rather have Seastrunk than James tbh. Seastrunk has that Giovanni Bernard quick twitch.

Honestly I'm not gonna lie he had a BAD rookie year, BUT I'm willing to bet it's because he's missed a lot of time and the time that he did spend on the field was used just to get him back into the flow of things. The guy showed that he's capable of being an all around corner with the skill to play man and zone coverage and despite the fact that he got lost and turned around quite a bit in his first year, he started to stick with receivers as the season went on but he wasn't turning his head around in time so he was still getting caught. I have faith that his play is going to be much improved next season now that he got that first year out of the way. He looks much better too if you've been following his Instagram account lol, a lot bigger and less fragile looking like he did coming off his surgery.
