For a couple of days, you guys were without LN, and we're sorry...we realize it was extremely stressful.
But we're good now. Long story short, there was an issue that Jaime and Kam needed to resolve with our host, I believe a misunderstanding, and it was cleared this afternoon (thanks Nugget and...did Kam ever go by anything else?). During that time, all of us were locked out of the hosting control panel, without access to anything other than support.
Once we were back into play, our DNS settings were reset, so I went in and configured them, which eliminated our error message within 10 minutes and gave us our home back.
Sorry for the downtime, fam. We're back.
