Dirk would be a good duo with kobe.

Would have happened had LeBron beat him in that Finals according to Dirk.

"Bryant had come to rage against the idea that Howard's clownish disposition could overtake the locker room, the Lakers' culture, and had warned Howard that he would never, ever let it happen."

I hate how its taboo to say Kobe is the best with the media. SMFH they cheat him on the court with refs & the media by downplaying his reign of dominace over his career along with his greatness

I hate how Bill Simmons, the biggest Laker hater known to mankind...

Was SURPRISED when Dirk said Kobe... saying "REALLY?!?!?!?"

Man common Bill... who else did you expect Dirk to say?

Dirk's faced Kobe much more than any of the other elite players especially with both LA & DAL being on the west.

The man was down right scary against LA on their championship run.

I don't think it's that big of a deal, honestly. I would have thought Dirk would have named someone of his own position that he constantly battled against. But he did later say he admires Duncan's post moves.

Yea and honestly I don't think Dirk gets much credit here in DFW amongst the general sports fans, he is an all time player. It is amazing though when you think the last time neither the Lakers or a non Texas team came out the West and actually won the Finals was back in 1979 Seattle of all teams.
