Like is there an exact amount of views that one must get for a video to receive a certain amount of money? Does it depend on the content? Is there a range? An estimate? An exact number? I even tried to do some brief research on this, but seemed to find mixed results. Seemed a tad confusing to me.

Anyone here know?

Back when I was doing a lot of music on YouTube I was invited to the pay program.

You he paid by views of the ads they put before and during your videos.

The price is very little per view so you need a lot of views to add up.

^ Like is there a certain number or range per 1,000 views? Is there a number or range set in stone or does it vary depending on content or as the views go up the numbers change per amount on average?

They offer it to you once you have enough views (I don't know how many, they offered me mine once I was at about 75k views on one of my videos).

They pay you very minimal amounts, like less than a cent per view. but the amount varies depending on the add that they place. Also, you sometimes get pay per clicks which are larger amounts. the amounts are never fixed though. They vary depending on the add that YouTube places.
