I'd actually wouldn't be opposed to Henry, young and Farmar off the bench

That's an aggressive crew

But young or Johnson starting is inconsequential from my view because young will get bulk minutes regardless

If our bench can keep doing that we won't have to worry about resting Nash on back to backs

And the best thing about the bench playing is that it allowed Nash to play tomorrow.

Love the starters able to rest so much.  That creates such a great balance on a lot of fronts.

Farmar is MUCH improved from how he used to be. I was one of his biggest critics and wasn't a fan at all, but he's gotten so much better in his time overseas. Kaman was solid on both ends, surprisingly, and our rotations on the defensive end really picked up once we put in the bench with all their energy. Xavier is a keeper, that athleticism off the bench is invaluable, and he even hits the occasional three. Jordan Hill being healthy made a huge difference as well crashing the boards and his defense was on point like usual. I'm really loving that trio off the bench, hopefully they keep up their play.

I'm not expecting us to play like this nightly, but I love the energy from the team. At the very least, this season will be much more entertaining than last year. 76 bench points! That's just crazy.

I would hate to be Blake Griffin right now.

Doc and Chris are gonna be laser focused on him to wake the hell up this year (which I don't expect him to do).  Love seeing Griffin getting exposed for the overrated player he always has been.

They go game by game, always have - calm down.

Nash looked so happy that I wanted to cry. Somebody cap his face!

This game was epic, hopefully we can show the Warriors what's up.

In that case their small ball will run over ours, going athletically big would be more beneficial, definitely give Henry and Hill more minutes.

What a game by the bench. The effort, hustle, heart, desire, etc, everything that was missing from last year.

Great win.

Now let's see how long the good vibes last.

Guys that are proud Lakers fans tonight I want to see it last through results.

Ride or die fnas right now but if we lose to the Warriors tomorrow by one then suddenly how many go back to saying we're destined not for the playoffs all over again?

I don't want that to happen.   Great win tonight and we have a LOT we can build off of now.   But in all honesty we should wait till about 11 games to have a true blue opinion about what we can do.
