There are some pictures online of close up shots of the injury that are just disturbing. One of him during the game and the other from inside the hospital room.

Prayers are with the kid, I was watching the game and was sick to my stomach after.

Read a article where a doc at UAB said he probably already had small stress fractures that he didn't know about.

I was simply scrolling through Tumblr right now... bunch of random images from people I follow on there, and someone just had to post a close-up shot of his injury. That [expletive] was..... I don't even know what to say. To say I am pretty grossed out is an understatement  Wish I didn't have to see that...

Close-up of the injury below...and if you have a weak stomach, don't bother.

Spoiler

And yes, this injury was worse than Livingston's.  Probably the worst I've seen.

it kinda did. I saw something white but then cameras backed off to a very wide shot fast. I'm assuming the live editors and producers chose not to focus on it because the graphic nature. Imagine a NCAA basketball game rated R for blood and gore. Its not in the NCAA, the networks or the games best interest to show that live. Thats my opinion.

I saw him on espn SC the day after his surgery. He was on crutches, had a cast around it. And is actually able to put minor pressure on his foot and toes. Doctors, medicine and science are amazing.
