Garbage? Lol. What's Soulja Boy, Lil B, Gucci, Waka, etc. then? Hate Wayne all you want... At least respect him though. Like Fed said.

No. Not garbage whatsoever. He's very overated, but he's still better than the real garbage out there (Drake, Soulja Boy, etc.)

I basically agree with what El Diablo said

I think Drakes better than Lil Wayne but I voted yes, he has the ability to be a decent rapper but his flow is lame and he says BS the majority of the time.

It's funny, a average rapper calls himself the greatest over and over and soon people start believing it. Guys weak. It's not saying much to say you're at the top in a class of misfits. :nah:

Drake sounds better than Wayne (and that's because I cannot stand Wayne's voice), but I don't go out of my way to listen to either of them.

I don't see how that's him 'letting other people's opinions get to him', he's just stating his opinion. I also don't see what you being a Wayne fan has to do with it lol.

I'm wearing white socks, but I would like to point out one interesting thing: Almost everyone in this topic has said "No, he's not garbage", yet the "Yes he is garbage" answer is blowing out the "No he is not garbage" answer... I don't know what the deal with that is but it's kinda strange.

I don't see how people can say Drake is better than Wayne. Drake tries to be like Wayne, Drake pretends he's some sort of hood guy, Drake uses auotune, Drake is pretty (very) bad lyrically. Wayne is one of those guys who is really overrated, nothing special, but has proven he's a decent rapper and that he can (occiasionally) put out something good. Drake... not so much.

I've only ever liked one Drake song, and that was a mashup with Peter Bjorn and John (who are awesome). He wasn't half-bad with his So Far Gone mixtape, but afterwards, ehhhhhhhhhhhh.

Drake just puts together better songs imo. Plus he can sing.

I haven't heard of a full LP from Wayne since The Carter III though so I'll wait to see what The Carter IV is like before I make my opinion bold.

This pretty much.

He was actually pretty good during his mixtape days when I was a fan, but his flow/voice was still a little untolerable. I also wouldnt say he's garbage.

Nicki Minaj, however...
