So much music out there, figured I'd make a thread posting some hip hop stuff for those who are looking for some new stuff to dig into. Probably post a few songs a day. Feel free to post away as well.

Slum Village - Yum Yum (prod. by J Dilla) (sample is ridiculous)

9th Wonder - WOW!

Madlib - Pyramids (Change)

+1 JRG, Murs track is nice (been on murs for a bit myself), and Asheru is pretty dope as well. This thread should turn out nice at this rate ;). Eventually just gonna be able to pick out a page and listen, rather than dig through youtube trying to find things.

Yeah Murs' got some nice stuff. Here's some more Murs stuff:

What Do You Know
God's Work
1st Love
Me and this Jawn (I just like the beat. It samples the "Living for the love of you" song by the Isley brothers but a DJ scratching the beat)

I also like to listen to instrumentals/beats. Check this out by DJ Shadow:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nmzHRGoKca0

Just FWD to 0:09. The intro is annoying

Wo, good thread.
At least here there aren't the same 3-4 artists that are everywhere

Whatever
Since there are posters in this topic that will post the same video I would post, I'm gonna bring some european rap in here.

Samy Deluxe - Wech mich auf ( Wake me up )

A legend in the German rap scene, so a legend in the whole old continent.
Don't worry for the lyrics, it's with English subs
:D

Oh yup, they're good!
I've listened some of their songs when I was in Germany and in Czech Republic.
But I don't spend too much time diggin in the German rap underground anymore. There aren't good links and plus I don't have enough time

What other German artist do you like?
And Bulgarian rap? How is it?

Bushido is good too. I have listened to some of his songs ;)

Bulgarian rap has been dead for some time, but their is a sort of ressurection going. :)

Anyways some of my favourite songs :

Sarafa is one of the new names in bulgarian hip-hop :

The guy even recorded with DPG :)

There are a lot of great songs, but unfortunately you guys won't understand [expletive] ...

Oh yeah, Bushido has great productions but his lyrics are so "fake gangsta"
he has a cool flow though.

Whatever
I friggin like the drums!
The songs seems cool, even if I can't understand a [expletive].
They have a good funk and a good flow :D
It reminds me Czech and Slovakian though.

Foreign Hip-Hop? Check this out.... Its Turkish Hip-Hop. Love the beat, but I dont get the point of tuning in if I cant understand shiz.. Lol. I usually just look for goood foreign beats and download the intrumental version. Here it is anyway:

They used to have the INSTRUMENTAL vid on youtube but I guess it was deleted.

Anyway, can we get back to Hip-Hop in English? Lol
