GRODT was his best album ever, along with his mixtape stuff. His later ones just didn't compare.

Yeah I heard it and I don't like it. I'm not a 50 cent fan, his music, doesn't wow me. Get rich or die tryin', was the only one, I liked.JMO

Been a Dre fan since NWA and i got to ask/wonder why it takes so long for him to drop? I mean, the man is considered a mastermind at producing. Timberland, Kanye, or any other great producer never take this long to drop anything. I'm not saying there all on the same level but he should be dropping albums like crazy as good as he is.

He's a perfectionist. This is his last album and he wants to make sure it's perfect... It better be...

Ironically his past artists whose albums have all been deemed to be "produced" by dre haven't with the exception of a few cuts. Timbaland, Kanye and Just had ALOT to do with Dre's recent success. You gotta give the guy credit for executing that though cause he's done a hell of a job. Good marketing from Aftermath, even though I would of prefered he work with Game rather than 50, I'm still gonna definitely cop Detox. Dre has a very good ear for music that changes with the times, much like Quincy Jones- so I can say I've been impatient but I know it'll be a solid album.

hes just occupied with other projects. For example, Relapse and Encore. I think he produced both those albums.

IDK, i just feel he's talented enough to have dropped several albums since the chronic, perfectionist or not. And the guy can get anyone on his record. I guess i envision a hot record with all the biggest names spitting to Dre beats. It's not impossible and is just what hip-hop/rap needs.
