headlines after the game:

KOBE DOESN'T TRUST HIS TEAMMATES.

IS THIS TEAM READY TO WIN A CHAMPIONSHIP WITH THE OLD KOBE.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN NOW THAT KOBE DOESN'T TRUST HIS TEAMMATES.

KOBE IS THE OLD KOBE....BAD NEWS FOR THE LAKERS.

THE LAKERS CANNOT WIN A TITLE WITH THIS KOBE.

KOBE TURNS TO THE DARK SIDE....A BAD TEAMMATE.

Lol, don't forget Kobe can't win it without Shaq. I hate BSPN.

I AM ACTUALLY VERY PROUD OF THE LAKERS. EVEN MORE PROUD OF THEM THAN SOME OF THEIR WINS WHEN IT SEEMED LIKE THEY PLAYED BAD AND STILL WON.

i was extremely proud of lamar, paau, jordan, luke, fisher, bynum

ariza aand kobe were serious downers though

the 8 assists mean nothing considering 4 of them were in that 1st quarter where everything was going right. pau gasol was dominating on the post while kobe kept the ball out of his hands

i am thee first person to jump all over the supporting cast andd defend kobe

but kobe gets no defense the last 2 games. he has been average by his standards

his stats the last two games have been ricky davis stats. empty. lamar and gasol have severly outplayed kobe in games 2 and 3

its not even close

I didn't know that our first quarter points didn't count. I love the education I get on here.

Don't feed the trolls.

For those singing Lamar's praises in this game, what exactly did he accomplish?

not my conversation, but, you don't know that what kobe does in the 1st half doesn't count? he had 21 points, 4 assist but that doesn't matter. the team would've won if kobe didn't play that way.

blocked, stole a ball, he hustled for a loose ball going out of bounds and saved and gave an extra possesion

LO did his thing, he wasn't great but he did what was asked of him, he shouldn't be blamed for tonight's loss

Kobe missing all those damn free throws were ridiculous (5-10)
So very not like him.
Kobe pulled a Lebron today............

Hat off to the Magic.
Dwight sort of cracked out of his shell he was hiding in the past couple games.
Clutch Defense and tip in dunk by Mikael.

Lakers know that all these games are must wins.

Gotta come out stronger and tougher in game 4!!!

Anyways I can't wait until Thursday .

The way the Lakers finished today I am pretty sure they can't wait either.

i didn't know the game was won in the 1st quarter

if thats the case i guess kobes not the best closer

i guess our best closer is gasol or ariza our usual 1st quarter studs

when your kobe goggles aren't stapled to your face then we can have a legitimate arguement

i will criticize and praise each and every laker when they deserve it

kobe fully deserves to be criticized for his past 2 game performances

if Kobe had made his free throws we could've gone to OT and given ourselves a chance. 5 out of 10 is unacceptable

I still feel good about this series,i don't see Kobe repeating that choke performance again, i dont' see the Magic shooting 64% from the floor again, we got this series, they edged us out tonight.

he is not kobe, no one will ever blame another player when kobe's around. any excuse to blame kobe will do.

lamar had 1 rebound, 2 points almost at the end of the 3 quarter. but hey, it's kobe's fault.

I'm not blaming him.

Most of those things were down the stretch - which was huge.

Meanwhile, Kobe played a nice game, but really struggled with his shot at the end. And, he's the goat (no caps).

Lamar was awesome today. he wasn't game 2 or 1 lamar but you've got to love his efffort and playing virtually mistake free basketball unlike kobe, jordan, and ariza on defense

no we didn't im not even sure what the call was...ugh

Luke didn't complain though so it probably was an offensive foul

if it was such a bad call i'm sure luke would have protested a little

Feel free to criticize Kobe. Just be intelligent with your criticism.

You can easily lose games in the 1st quarter. Especially the 1st home game in the NBA Finals for a team that hasn't hosted one in 14 years.

Kobe helped us have a lead at the end of the 1st, in a game we could've easily trailed by a nice margin.

That matters. It kept us in the game.

He didn't play well down the stretch. He didn't shoot well down the stretch. He made some bad decisions down the stretch.

It's okay. We'll move forward. If it satisfies something in your inner being to type that Kobe deserves criticism for the last two games, then please, type away. But, it's really no big deal.

We lost. We could've won. Kobe was a little anxious. But, if his first 3 quarters counted. He kept us in this early.

Some other guys stepped up late, and even Kobe had a nice assist to Pau to cut the deficit to 1.

We never saw a replay on that lay-up he missed. Plus, he should've called time when Pau was on the ground.

Two big plays.

He was over-aggressive tonight, especially late.

It happened. Let's move on.

Don't feed the trolls.
