*Please stick with the flow of the thread, post videos, music, album art, even lyrics of similar content. This is a thread for what many consider true hip-hop. Thanks*

List your favorite rappers/hip-hop groups that you think everyone should have a chance to listen to.

Personally, my favorite solo rapper right now is One Be Lo, one-half of the now defunct rap duo Binary Star. His flow is smooth, beats are simple but catchy, and his rhymes are pretty sick as well. His album S.O.N.O.G.R.A.M. is a MUST listen in my opinion, an awesome album with a multitude of great songs.

A great producer flying under the radar is Nomak out of Japan. Though not as successful as his fellow countryman Nujabes, he is every bit as talented. Currently, he has 3 official albums alongside 3 unofficial albums mashing the songs of famous artists with original beats and tunes. All of his work is pretty catchy and a great listen if you're just looking to chill out, but his best work thus far would have to be Eternal View which flows from track to track with seemingly no hindrance. All of the tracks blend into the next, leaving you with no reason to press next on your iPod. My favorite track would have to be his remix of Nas' Life's A [expletive]:

Finally, my favorite group is Cyne, best-known for their collab's with Nujabes on his albums Modal Soul and Metaphorical (On the tracks "Feather" and "Lady Brown" respectively). These guys have definitely been slept on every since their conception, which is a shame, because these guys are MAD talented. They consist of 4 member, 2 MC's and 2 producers, and have been together since '99. Their best album is easily Evolution Fight, full of classic tracks with conscious and catchy lyrics, infectious beats, and the easy-going, smooth-flowing voices of Cise Starr and Akin. Favorite track? Just a little song called Automation out of Evolution Fight:

So, what are yours?

When posting vids, there's a youtube option on the left side of the screen when you post replies. You click on that, then delete http://www.youtube.com/watch?v= from the link (In other words, keep everything after the equals sign).

Triple Seis- Former Terror Squad member who left right after Big Pun died, droped a album back in 04' Only time'll tell. Didn't get much play but he is a good lyricist, along with Cuban Link had a fall out with Fat Joe so is really ''blackballed'' by the industry thanks to Joe.
