Best news ever.

Larry David is probably the best comedy writer over the last 25 years.

During which time he's dominated tv.

Ran into Jeff Green/Garlin at a steely dan concert and chatted him up for a few minutes.

I had literally binged 6 seasons of Curb in a few days leading up to that concert so it was weird running into him.

  • Busty Bluth and     like this

Praying for  1. Youngsters Ballin (Didn't really happen on a consistent basis at all) 2. Miracle Trade (Also didn't happen. And we traded our best player for chump change) 3. Kick Ass Rooks (Zubac exceeded, Ingram tried but disappointed overall)

READY FOR SEASON TO BE OVER!!!

He was. I actually asked him about the story that he suffered a stroke (i think after the first or 2nd season).

Said yep, that was true. Wow.

He deflected all my compliments how it was a great buddy series between him and larry.

He said it was almost ALL larry.

Heard an interview of his a few years ago he was real humble and cool. He has a great laugh as well.

Funkhouser's one of my favorites. Hope to see him again. I couldn't believe he was Super Dave when I found out some time after seeing the show many many years back.

Im gonna binge the whole series leading up to its return.

I think my absolute favorite moment of the series was when jeff and larry were gabbing alone waiting for an elevator and Jeff proudly admitted he had been pleasuring himself the other day and Larry's wife Cheryl happened to POP into his thoughts while he was doing it.

The way that was done with Larry being appalled and freaked out upon hearing that, and jeff playing it off like Larry should feel good, even flattered, about it was so damn funny, awkward, wrong, perfect.

Like Fido said...Genius
